Grüezi! 

This digital journal details our experience of the Rick Steves Switzerland in 12 Days Tour. From lakeside towns to quaint villages to stunning mountain views — in addition to a never-ending supply of cheese, chocolate, and cows - this tour was more than we had ever dreamed of. We explored every corner of Switzerland - French, German, and Italian - with sights, sounds, and food we are still raving about to this day. 

Special thanks to our amazing guide Mirjam for all of her helpful tips and enthusiasm during our time in Switzerland as well as Marian our fantastic bus driver. The amazing feats that were accomplished with parking and maneuvering a bus during our trip truly deserve a standing ovation. And lastly, special thanks to Rick Steves, his touring company, and his guidebooks. In the past, we've planned trips using a Rick Steves guidebook, but it took a lot of stress off of us knowing that someone else could handle all the details for this once in a lifetime trip.
